SNEIQ

Terms of Service

Draft — under legal review. Last updated July 11, 2026. This is a working draft, not yet a binding agreement. Terms will change before launch.

Welcome to SNEIQ. These terms describe how you may use the SNEIQ marketplace to buy, sell, and share items. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

1. Accounts

You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live to use SNEIQ. You’re responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your login secure. Sellers must complete identity and payout onboarding through our payment processor before any listing can go live.

2. Listings

List only items you own and can legally sell, and describe them accurately, with real photos. You’re responsible for the accuracy of your listing and for shipping what you sold, as described, on time. We may remove listings or limit accounts that break these terms.

3. Prohibited items

Illegal goods, counterfeits, recalled items, weapons, and anything our published prohibited-items policy names may not be listed. That policy is part of these terms and will be linked here before launch.

4. Payments and payment protection

Buyers pay at checkout. Funds are held securely by our payment processorand are not released to the seller until the inspection window closes and the order is complete — you don’t pay out until you’ve approved the item. SNEIQ never takes custody of your money; it directs the payment processor to hold and release it.

5. Returns and the inspection window

SNEIQ runs on a simple rule: no remorse, only resells. The inspection window is the default return policy. From the moment your order is delivered you have a set window (24–72 hours, depending on the item) to report that it’s not as described or dead on arrival. If you don’t raise a claim in that window, the payment is released to the seller for good.

Change-of-mind returns are not guaranteed. Some sellers opt in to offer remorse returns, shown as a badge on the listing; where offered, return shipping is the buyer’s cost. Not-as-described and dead-on-arrival returns are always covered, with the seller covering return shipping.

6. Disputes and the Sneiq Guarantee

If an order arrives not as described, dead on arrival, or never arrives, the Sneiq Guarantee applies: you can get your money back, and we step in if the seller goes dark. Disputes are handled through our in-app process using the evidence attached to the order — listing photos, buyer-submitted photos, and, for electronics, the serial-number record.

7. Sneiq Rewards and sharing

Anyone can share a listing with a personal link and earn Sneiq Rewards credit if it sells through that link. Rewards are platform credit spendable on SNEIQ — they are not cash, expire twelve months after they’re granted, and can be reversed if the underlying order is refunded. Earning is strictly one level deep; you never earn on other people’s sharing. See the Fees & Rewards page for the full detail.

8. Governing law

The governing law and dispute-resolution terms are still being finalized with counsel and will be stated here before launch.
