SNEIQ respects intellectual property rights and expects the people who buy and sell here to do the same. If you are a rights holder — or you are authorized to act for one — and you believe a listing infringes your trademark, copyright, patent, or other intellectual property, you can report it here. This is our verified rights owner program.

How it works

• Submit the notice below with the specific listing URL and the basis for your claim.
• Our team reviews every notice. Valid claims are actioned — usually within two business days — by removing the listing and, where warranted, limiting the seller's account.
• We may contact you at the email you provide if we need more detail, and we share the substance of a notice with the affected seller so they can respond.

Before you file

Please make sure your claim is about intellectual property. If a listing looks like a scam, a prohibited item, or otherwise breaks our rules but isn't an IP matter, use the Report this listing link on the listing itself instead. Only submit a notice for rights you own or are authorized to enforce — knowingly false claims may carry liability.
